1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Canadoss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Canadoss is a document collection and management platform designed for Canadian immigration consultants. The Service allows consultants to create cases, collect documents from clients, and manage immigration workflows.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
  • Share confidential client information outside the platform inappropriately
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including immigration laws

5. Professional Responsibility

Immigration consultants using the Service are responsible for complying with all applicable professional regulations, including those set by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). The Service is a tool to assist with document collection and does not provide immigration advice.

6. Client Data

Immigration consultants are data controllers for their clients' information. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their data into the Service and for complying with applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA in Canada).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Canadoss and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption or cessation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canadoss from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
